  • Advice

    The guidance I provide is informed by over a decade of practice experience in the legal aid sector, in roles as a Caseworker, Supervisor, Trustee and Senior Manager. I can advise on:

    Legal aid contract management issues, including: preparation for audit/contract management visits; reductions, recoupments and other recurring billing issues; meeting supervision, accreditation and other requirements.

    Immigration Advice Authority regulation issues: registration and annual re-registration; regulation of solicitors and unqualified staff in non SRA-authorised bodies; drafting, implementing and overseeing supervision plans for caseworkers who wish to advance.
